I saw this little video by Eric Power with music by Jeremy Messersmith on Dooce and had to share. It's just beautiful. A condensed retelling of Star Wars in paper. And as Dooce points out, "...paired with the music the result is somewhat heart wrenching."

A good story will beget retellings and revisions and reincarnations of that story. Perhaps that is one way we can measure a story that it true. And when I say true I mean that it speaks to us of true things: of love, hope, death, betrayal, and the other universal truths that we all experience in life.
