Working on a romantically charged scene in the middle of the afternoon = awkward time for a glass of wine.
But I poured it into a stemless glass and I feel that helps.
Also, what on earth would/ will I do if I had to write an actual LOVE scene? My mind reels just contemplating it. The scene I'm working on doesn't even involve making out, you guys.
Aaaand suddenly the fact that an agent and an editor-friend told me I should write young adult makes so much more SENSE.
(I am soclose to finishing this draft. So. Close...)
